Warranty Policy

At VIOMI, we are committed to providing high-quality home appliances and ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you encounter any issues with your product, we are here to help resolve them promptly.

2-Year Warrant Coverage:

This Limited Warranty applies only to products that meet all of the following criteria. Proof of purchase is required for verification:

  • Authorized Channels: Purchased directly from our Official Web-Store (water.viomi.com).
  • Intended Use: Intended strictly for personal residential use (non-commercial).
  • Territory: Purchased, registered, and used exclusively within the United States.

The warranty does not apply to items sold as Clearance, which are identified and marked on our website.

Warranty Duration:

Every VIOMI product(except for filters) purchased from our official website comes with a 2-year exclusive warranty unless otherwise specified. The warranty period begins on the date you receive your order and lasts for two years (“Warranty Period”).

If your unit is repaired or replaced under this warranty, coverage continues for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

What’s Covered:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and as per provided instructions are covered during the Warranty Period.

Covered defects include, but are not limited to:

  • Faulty or broken components (e.g., filters, housings, pumps, fittings).
  • Functional defects that impair normal operation.
  • Leaks or abnormal noise indicate a malfunction due to material or workmanship issues.

Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear, consumable filter changes, and routine maintenance.

Damages caused by improper installation, neglect, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or commercial/institutional use.

Damage from external sources, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or use of unauthorized replacement parts.

Slight cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance.

Upon Confirmed Defect:

We will repair the defective part/product with new or refurbished parts, replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished unit, or offer a partial refund, at our discretion.

How to Claim a Warrant:

  • Contact us at support@water.viomi.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Please include proof of purchase and images or videos of the defect if requested. We reserve the right to request further documentation to validate your claim.
  • Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours and guide you through the warranty process.
